| Sameer Soman – Chief Business
Advisor |
Sameer has been working
in IT industry for over 20 years. He has worked for some
of the large leading Indian IT companies like Tata Infotech,
Tech Mahindra and KPIT Cummins as well as for multinationals
like Texas Instruments, GTE and AMD. He has also spent
significant time with early IT start-ups like Challenger
Systems and vMoksha. Currently Sameer works for ThoughtWorks,
a leader in Agile software development. Most of his experience
has been in CRM and Data Warehousing areas. For last 10
years, Sameer has been doing various middle and senior
management roles.
In addition to software development, Sameer is passionate
about working with and developing people. This passion
has connected him with Education field. Sameer now works
with students guiding them for their projects, acting
as mentor, giving trainings in various management and
soft skills areas etc.

| Nilesh Joglekar –
Chief Technical Advisor |
| Nilesh has over 20 years
of strong IT experience. He started his career with ICIM
Pune and then worked with leading Indian IT companies
such as Zensar, S1, RedHat, Avaya India. His area of specialization
is Software Project Management, Software Engineering,
Research and Development. He has handled various top management
responsibilities in the areas of Software Engineering,
R&D, Delivery Management and General Management. Nilesh
has conducted number of training programs in soft skills
like Communication skills, Team development, Leadership
skills, Special courses for first line managers in IT
companies etc. He also has been teaching C, C++ and Java
for over 12 years and is associated with many institutes
in Pune like IndSearch, IMDR and Balaji Institute. |
